How do I get a PAC code from Your Co-op Mobile & transfer my number to Talk Home?

To switch mobile network providers while keeping Your Co-op Mobile number, you can request your Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) free of charge by either calling Your Co-op Mobile on 01608 434 000, or through Your Co-op online account, or alternatively by using the 'text-to-switch' service.

Once you have done that, get the following information ready for the step-by-step instructions:

  • Your old Your Co-op Mobile mobile phone number that you want to keep.
  • The Your Co-op Mobile PAC (Porting Authorization Code) from your previous network.
  • The expiry date of the PAC number (valid for 30 days from the date of issue).
  • The temporary mobile number from your new Talk Home SIM card activation.
